License Removal Tutorial

The following steps are necessary BEFORE making any hardware changes to your computer system, or transferring your license to another machine. If you have made hardware changes and have not performed these steps before hand, you may need to Contact Support.

Step 1: Go to http://www.iz3d.com/ACEN and Login with the included Username and Password:

Step 2: You will be presented with an 'Account Information' Page. Next, Click the 'Orders' Button located towards the top on the Menu Bar:

Step 3: Click the 'Licenses' Button in the column next to the license order:

Step 4: You should now be presented with your license(s) that you have in your account (Example Shown Below). Please highlight the 'Activation Code' and copy it for use in Step 6.

Step 5: Please start the iZ3D Control Center by either double clicking the iZ3D Logo in the task bar, or finding 'iZ3D Driver' under Start > Programs.
Once you see the control center, select the 'Help' section from the list of categories. Once in the 'Help' section, hold down the 'CTRL' key on the keyboard, and while still holding 'CTRL' left click on the �Dynamic Test� logo. Continue to hold 'CTRL' and you should be presented with the window shown in the next step.

Step 6: You should be presented with the activation window. Please paste your 'Activation Code' from Step 4 into the 'Activation Code' box. Now check the 'Remove License' bullet point, then highlight and copy the 'Activation Code' from the box. Once you have completed the previous, please press the 'Continue' Button.

Step 7: After clicking the 'Continue' button from the previous step, you should receive a prompt like the one pictured below. Please click 'Yes' when this prompt appears.

Step 8: After clicking the 'Yes' button from the previous step, you should receive a prompt like the one below that contains your removal code. This code is very important to complete the process, so please save this for the final step by copying it, or you may write it down. Press 'OK' once copied.

Step 9: For the last step, please switch your window back to the iZ3D Activation center that we opened earlier(Pictured Below). Next to your license, please press the '

' symbol located next to your license. You will notice a new 'Removal Code' box will appear. Finally, enter the removal code that was recorded from the last step into this box, and click the 'Remove License' button. Your license is now removed, and can be re-assigned to a different system configuration.
